The first workshop in Montreal (October 2015) where Canadian Neurosciences leaders were gathered by Tony Phillips and where he introduced the concept of a Canadian Initiative that would building on technological strengths (including genetics, neuroimaging, big data-AI and photonics) to establish national research infrastructure.
